Blaze not charger!

i brought my fitbit blaze on Monday ive had it on charge since but it says the battery is low, I have followed what others have said online but am I doing something wrong or is this a fault blaze?

please help!!

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
