So, I searched the forums and it seemed that my Blaze had died. It wouldn't charge, no matter where I plugged it in. I cleaned the contacts where it charges. I thought I tried everything. The forums suggesting opening my wallet and buying a new one....NO! Too close to the holidays.
So, I contacted customer support by live chat. And there, the agent instructed me how to reset the Blaze, even though the battery was absolutely dead. Miracle! It came to life. The Blaze reset, and I popped it in the charger, and it actually began charging??
So, for all of you who said to "just go get a new one," were not correct in my case.

I think I may be having the same issue. My Blaze died over the holiday and I didn't have my charger with me. Once home, I put it on the charger and it appeared to charge. As soon as I forced a sync with my phone the Blaze completely shutdown and will not come back to life! Can you share what instructions you were given? Should I call or email to get help?
