I was in the process of setup when, I entered the code to track my fitbit the app could't update . I also connect the blaze to my Windows 10 laptop, but it will not charge and the screen on the blaze still showing setup. I need help. This is my second blaze in a 24 hour period and I'm experiencing the same thing.

Usually the process when the tracker updates takes a while and until it is completely set up, you will not see a charging indicator on the screen when you put it to charge so don't worry about that.
If you'd prefer, try to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to follow the setup process again and see how it goes.
