Blaze not charging and heating up

I am a proud owner of Fitbit blaze for over two years now.My device has just stopped charging .I tried cleaning the charging points but to no avail.I am using the standard charging cable issued with the device.The gadget heats up on being charged and an image of rocket comes on the screen.I am disappointed that I am not able to be motivated with the daily physical activity data.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this with your beloved Blaze. I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Blaze is showing rockets on the screen. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
