Using a Blaze with firmware 8.401.3 and the unit won't charge. When in the dock the screen works, I can get to notifications swiping up and down but nothing swiping from the right side. The app is able to sync and shows "battery full" after a confirmed sync. When the blaze is removed from the dock it turns off and when put back on it restarts. Have tried this with multiple charging cables and do not believe it is the dock as I have also cleaned the contacts and the Blaze does turn on when connected.
I could use some help determining what the issue is and how to get the Blaze to charge and remain on.
