Blaze not charging at all

I've had my Fitbit Blaze for some time now. I went through a phase where I did not wear it for a bit, but put it back on last week and did a hike no problem. The following day I needed to charge my battery and did so, however, it is not making it to the charge screen whatsoever. It simply shows the home screen with a flashing battery in the left corner I'm unable to restart or sync or update due to low battery, any help would be greatly appreciated. Im so upset about this!

A warm welcome to the Community @MollieW. If you are having issues charging your Blaze, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, keep in mind that if you are seeing the battery icon in the upper left corner at the moment of placing the tracker into the cradle it means that your Blaze is charging.
