Blaze not charging or turning on

My Blaze, which is just two months old died while I was running. It won't come or charge.

Welcome to the forums @Deepac40

 

First do a restart of your Blaze by pressing the left button at the same time as the lower right button until you see the Fitbit logo come on. This should help, but if not, you'll want support.

 

If you're within the one year warranty and it was purchased from an authorized retailer, contact customer support at this link - click

 

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
