Blaze not charging with Wall Charger and USB

My Blaze just stopped charging with the wall charger. I, then, connected it to the laptop usb and the blank (dead) screen showed one bar of red in the battery. This image blinked a few times and then the screen turned blank. Note: the blinking image was a static representation of the empty battery on red. The bars were not blinking.

I ordered another charger and same thing happened. 

Anybody facing or has faced this issue? Need help to fix it.
