While it is in its cradle, does pressing slightly on the Blaze have any affect?

Clean posts with cue tip. Is it a good connection? I changed to a different outlet. Be sure you see it charging

Hi guys, good to see you in the Forums.

@Raphy @Marinamike @Maax, I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not charging. As @tasha1612 suggested, please try cleaning the charging contacts on your tracker. You can use a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol and then, try getting it to charge and see if this makes any difference.

You can also try instead of charging your tracker on the USB port of your computer, to use a wall adapter and see if that helps.

Let me know if you're still needing help with this.

My charger is working well now - it did not seem to charge on my PC so I
changed to another outlet and now it is working ok. I always check to see
if it fits correctly and watch to see that the charging has started.

Had the same issue, only held a charge for 4-5 hrs, receiving random notifications although that functionality was turned off, and reset it multiple times, different charger, etc... Contacted support and they mentioned to try the suggestions on the community I explained that I had and now it was "completely dead." Very disappointed, watch was purchased in Dec 2016 used almost everyday for running and loved it. Instead of offering any other suggestions, they immediately turned it into a 15% discount on a new watch. When I asked how long the battery should last for they mentioned indefinitely, which doesn't make sense to me since I am in the software industry, but I would hope it would last longer than 16 months. I loved the product and recommended it to friends and family, but after dealing with this unfortunately I can no longer recommend it.

Totally disappointed.

I had the same problem - not charging - but I changed to another outlet -
always check to see if it is charging when I insert it into the charging
unit - now it is working perfectly. I handle the charging unit "carefully."

Did you by chance damage the "holder?"

I've had a cracked cover and ocaisionly need to isopropyl alcohol and q-tip or paper to clean the contacts.

Aka some have reported a pin on the charger getting pushed in and where able to pull it out.

Good morning. I just started having this issue yesterday. My Blaze has been on the charger all night and I woke up it was dead. I have tried both chargers. I have tried it in my laptop and I also tried to to hard reset and nothing.  I need some help. Thanks.

I had the same problem - I moved my connection to another outlet. Also
cleaned the points on the back of my watch with cue tip - when I plug it in
I make sure I see the "charging begin" and it is ok. If it is not starting
to charge I check it again and normally it will begin charging. (Be sure
the charging box is not damaged).

Good luck - hang in there. ( New charger is $19.99)

If it is under warranty ask for a new one.
