I just purchased a Blaze and am having the same issue...will not charge. I "googled" the Blaze and did not see this issue. If I had I would have seen that this is a major problem with the the Blaze and would not have purchased it. I am hoping they will take it back where I purchased it! It is terrible that you spend this kind of money on something and it does not work out of the box!
Shame on you Fitbit!

@Jackie188 are you using a USB on the computer or your phones charger. Some have found that their computer doesn't work,
He one thing to try is a restart... Press both the left and lower right buttons for 12 seconds

@Rawkgirl plug it into the charger. Or 30-60 minutes, as stated above if the display says www.fitbit.com/setup there not be any sign that the unit is charging. It will be.
After 30 minutes try again, the will tell you if it is still low.

@Angrybirdie so is the Fitbit logo still blinking?
If a restart doesn't fix it, I would have suggested to let the battery completely die until the tracker shuts down.

When you see the Fitbit logo it means the Blaze started up. If it continues to keep restarting then reach out to Fitbit.

I had the same problem and solved it by first plugging the Blaze into my computer, seeing the 'setup' instruction and returning to the App on my iPhone to start the process again - the 'low battery' message made it impossible to charge the Blaze without the firmware update. It is charging now.
