Blaze not charging

I need help..i don't know if my fitbit is charging or not..been trying to figure it out but nothing is done yet...i only have the fitbit symbol and i dont know whats gonna happen next..i plug it to my broters laptop but still the same plug it to the wall charger nothing happen.i can't set it up!please help me ..its brand new

I'm sorry you're having problems with getting all set with your tracker.

 

When a Fitbit Blaze is new, you will not see anything on the display other than the www.fitbit.com/setup message. If you've not been able to set it up, put it to charge for at least one hour. Keep in mind that you will not see a battery indicator when it's not set up to your account.

 

After having it charging, proceed to restart it just to make sure it will all work fine. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, you can set it up. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
