Blaze not connecting to Galaxy S8+

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I realize the S8 and S8+ are not on the supported phones list yet but come on Fitbit...you should have been ready for your trackers to work on one of the most popular phones to hit the market. Just bought the Blaze last night and can not connect...RIDICULOUS!!! this device is useless unconnected to my phone.

Back to the store it goes...unreal...

I am having the same issue with my S8! When I try to pair the device it says "pairing rejected by Blaze." Does anyone have a solution for this??

Mine still says "rejected by Blaze" when I try to pair it with my S8. How did you get yours to pair?

Hi everyone! Great to see you all in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that the Blaze is not working for some of you with the Samsung Galaxy S8. As some of you have said, this phone is not yet an officially supported device for syncing with Fitbit. It seems that for some users, this is working but in some other cases, it's not.

I would say that this is already been worked on as this is about one of the most popular phones lately so I would say it will not be long until we have it added to the list of compatible devices. Be sure to keep an eye on the Forums or the list of compatible devices for updates.

I removed my Charge 2 to from my device list, then uninstalled & reinstalled the fitbit app. My S8 connected with no problems after that.

Unbelievable, I posted that comment over a month ago and S8 plus is still not on the list? Seriously you've got to be kidding. Done with Fitbit going forward... Idiotic!
