Blaze not connecting to my Samsung S8+, and now refusing to connect to my computer

I upgraded to a Samsung S8+ yesterday. I had an intital problem getting it to sync, then it did. Notifications etc were coming through for about an hour; then it just stopped. Followed the advice on here, to no effect. Being annoyed that this mornings work out wasn't logged (long story short, I have to use it evidence for my GP due to some health problems) so I turned on my PC (which its never had a problem with) and now it wont sync with that either. The Bluetooth on the blaze now only has off or pair, neither are any good. Anyone have any ideas??

Need to add, Blaze (classic) doesn't show on my phone's bluetooth either
