Blaze not connecting to phone when selecting Run

When I select the option to run under the Exercise option, my Blaze is not even prompting to connect to the phone and comes up with the "Lets Go" prompt. It connects to the phone and syncs all other times. I have restarted the Blaze and have all of the updates on the Fitbit app on my phone. I am using an iPhone.

 

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to fix this, as the data displayed on the Fitbit without connecting to the phone is very inaccurate?

A warm welcome to the Community @jhemond and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

It sounds that you are having problems with the GPS connected feature. If this is the case, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Blaze GPS is not working post. After these steps, please test your Blaze.
