@Soulcommander, without knowing or even caring to know what phone you have, my suggestion is to go into your phones bluetooth settings screen and tell it to forget your Blaze. Make sure the app is up to date, your app store will confirm this. Restart the phone and the tracker. Now try a sync through the fitbit app.
Im assuming that this tracker has never been synced through a different device.

How did you get it work? Im going on 8 hours of trying to connect. My S5 can find it, but the blaze wont respond.

Honestly could not get it to work I took it back and I purchased myself a $29 watch from Amazon that does everything I need. It's called wave fit Fitness tracker by Riversong. Yes I know unknown brand right but hey it works very well it's cheap and it pairs to my phone instantly!
