My blaze stopped syncing last week (it's been working fine for over a year) so I followed the online help:
- switch bluetooth off/on for (Android) phone
- reset Fitbit
- switch phone off/on
None of which worked
Next I tried removing my device from my account & re-adding it.
It now gets stuck 'connecting' after I type in the 4 digit code.
I have followed the above switching off/on suggestions and none are working.
Any help appreciated.
