Blaze not counting steps accurately

Good morning! My Blaze does not record all of my steps.  I walked exactly 2 miles today, but it only registered 1.48 and just over 3000 steps.   It does this on a routine basis.   I walked casually this morning to record each step,  it will cheat me out of miles if I walk a sub 13 minute pace.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Also, my back button does not work regularly.

It's great to welcome you @CelieT. Regarding the steps, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After the restart process, walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered. Now the button, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
