Blaze not counting steps nor active minutes after new update.

My fit maze worked perfectly before this latest update, it's not tracking steps, calorie burned nor is it tracking active minutes! For a device this expensive it's really disappointing that it's not working how it should. Any other users experiencing this?

It's great to have you here @Shoy25! I would like you to restart your Blaze in order to fix anything that may not be working at all. Also, I would like to get more details about it not tracking any stats: 

 

- Is the display working?

- When does it stop tracking your information?

- Is your Blaze syncing to your Dashboard?

- Is it not tracking any stats at all or is the data that you're getting not accurate?

Yes, from the time I bought it, (last July),  it has  not registered steps correctly, or active minutes, or floors. Very frustrating ! Not to mention disappointing, considering the price..

My Blaze has not been registering  steps/active minutes/floors/  correctly since I bought it last July. Very disappointed, considering the price.

It's great to have you here @mardon41! I would like you to provide me with more details about the inconsistency that you're seeing in your Dashboard, so I can provide you with some troubleshoot.

My blaze does not track the active minutes, sleep, heart rate and the 250 steps every hour!!! I have reset the watch & it's still not working!! Any ideas what I should do?

Welcome to the Community @NatDawson! Thanks for the restart that you've done. I would like you to provide me with more details about what are you seeing in your Dashboard and in your tracker? One reason, might be that your tracker isn't syncing, then follow this procedure

 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- Are you seeing different stats in your Blaze and Dashboard regarding 250 steps hourly?

- Are you seeing heart rate data in your tracker?

- When does it started happening?
