Blaze not displaying anything other than battery status after charging

After charging my Fitbit Blaze, the screen does not display anything other than the battery status.  

I have reset the device using the home and bottom right buttons and the Fitbit logo displays and then goes away and nothing display other than the battery status in the upper left of the screen.

@okjtj, when you put your blaze on the charger you will see your battery status, it will show it charging or show full charge. If you tap on the screen you should be able to see the clock. If this is not happening I would contact customer support.
