Blaze not holding a charge all of a sudden.

Hi! I’ve had my blaze for over a year and loved it the whole time but now my battery won’t last more than 2 hours and on my Fitbit app it says the battery is full and it’s not. Can someone please tell me what I can do. I don’t want to replace it.

I am having the exact same problem.  I charged it last night and this morning it was drained.  I charged it again, and 2 hours later, the same thing.  I don’t use any alarms and very few of the other features.  I have restarted it twice and kept all the contacts clean.  It seems like a lot of other people are having the same issue.  I paid $300 for it 18 months ago.  It should last longer than this.  If there is no fix, I am off the Fitbit bandwagon (have had them for 5 years) and will go with a Garmin or some other tracker.

I read somewhere that all this happened after the update on the app.
