Blaze not holding a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought the Blaze & it will not hold a charge for longer than 2 days. I bought one for my mom for Xmas too... I'm wondering if this is a bigger issue. I've only had it 2 wks.

My Blaze is 1.5 years old and now I have that problem as well.  I talked to customer service and they were no help.  I would return it and purchase another product.

Hey there @Stacie0302, it's great to welcome you and @drussell to see you around.

If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have tried all of these tips. My blaze charges completely but will not stay charged. I have turned off everything I can to extend battery life including the heart rate and it is still dying completely in less than 48 hours. I guess I will be shopping for an Apple watch too.

Thank you @AlejandraFitbit! I've made some changes to my settings & I'll wait to see what happens. I'm sure it's not dirty as it's brand new.  I also just purchased one for my Mom so fingers are crossed this will work!

@drussell, since the troubleshoot provided didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further assistance. @Stacie0302, I would like to know if the instructions provided worked for you, did you notice any different in the Blaze battery life? And @Walston21, have you checked my previous post and follow the steps there? If you haven't, please do.
