Hello, I bought my Fitbit blaze today. I tried to charge it via the usb, but it seemed like it gets less energy than it needs and after 45 minutes of charging the fitbit discharged again and turned off. It seems like the USB maintains it at about 3% of the battery and sometimes it keeps on, sometimes it turns off, but the power it gets is insufficient. Than I plugged my fitbit to the iphone 6 wall charger and it charged fitbit quickly and well. Why does it not charge also when connected to the USB? My notebook is hp pavilion x360, can the problem be there?

Great to see you in the Forums @Miro1345!
The electricity coming from a USB port on your computer is lower that one coming from a wall outlet so for a regular charging, you can do it through a USB port but if you'd like to speed up the process, using a wall adaptor as for charing it will do the trick.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @RazorSharp16! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see anything on the display after having it charging for a while. Have you tried to restart it? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and you should be able to see the display when you press any button.
Let me know how it goes!
