Blaze not holding a charge

Starting last week, my Fitbit Blaze stopped holding a charge. It doesn't even last all day. I have cleaned all contacts. It charges fully but drains extremely rapidly, less than 4-6 hours.

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Have you tried doing a restart? Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see Fitbit logo), there might be a process that is draining the battery, restarting the watch could end the process. If that doesn't work, then as @WendyB said, you may need to contact customer support.

How old is your blaze? Are you using it a lot?

Mine is almost 2 years old and it has just started having battery issues. It still lasts about 5 days but i get the low battery notification after only 3. I contacted fitbit but because mine is outside their 1 year warranty they only offered a 25% discount on an older device (not the new ionic or versa).

If you've had it for less than a year I'd recommend contacting them to see if they can help you out with a new device.

I have cleaned the contacts and restarted it multiple times already. Thank you. Still draining in just hours. Used to last days.

Having the same issue starting last week, of Blaze Fitbit not holding charge.  Getting about 4-6 hours.  I cleaned, updated , restarted and charged fully.  Charged completely at 9:30 p.m. I received low battery alert By 2:20 a.m 5 hours later
