It's great to have on board @Kimyb and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Blaze not holding a charge?

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

I’m having this issue as well. I’ve cleaned the contacts, restarted it, and fully charged it. Still the hr monitor isn’t working and the battery is only lasting 1-3 hours. I love my blaze and I’m not ready to retire it but it’s past the year and I can’t see buying another if it won’t last more than a year and a half. Please tell me there is a fix

BEWARE...  Same for me today (July 5th), happened for 2 days. Bought 3 years ago. Company says it's a defective battery. Only solution is to buy one of their selected trackers at discount (average about $175+). No repairs. Kelly the Customer Service Supervisor says if you're charging it via wall (not through a computer), especially overnight - that's what may cause it. However, I have seen NO INSTRUCTIONS saying to only charge via USB on computer. I will not be buying another one due to poor customer service.

I wish I had known that as well. They definitely should put that in the instructions!

Hey @paxtonashley@LiveSimple and @Kimyb great to see you here.

I would like to know if you have already contacted our support team, have they offer a solution for the battery issue you are experiencing? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
