Blaze not holding a charge

My battery life on my blaze has recently started to last only a couple of hours, I've bèen in contact with customer support and tried all their fixes to no avail. I have used a galaxy s8 to sync the watch with the same settings on the phone and the watch, the battery drain has just started all of a sudden. Customer service tell me that there is an issue with the syncing on galaxy devices, no timeline of when it'll be fixed and that I should just bear with it. What a waste of time and now I have a watch I can't use. If i knew before I bought it what I know now there is no chance I'd have bought it.

Why have you altered the title of the post? It was originally crap battery life and now you've altered that. Are you afraid that people might actually get to know what a user really feels about your products? Or is it that you want to take away free speech?

Hi @Jona74, thanks for getting back and I'm sorry if you find me editing the title of the thread upsetting.

The reason behind this is first, because here in the Fitbit Community Forums we have a set of guidelines that we as users follow in order to keep a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Second, because we'd like to help you the best way we can and editing the title of your post to reflect the issue you're having in an objective way will be better for other users looking for answers to find solutions more easily.

If you need anything else, let me know! Smiley Wink
