My Blaze is less than a year old and is only holding a charge for about 5 hours. Is there any way to fix this? it used to last up to 5 days!

Thanks  @AlejandraFitbit, I actually had tried troubleshooting.....but that was not the cause. I contacted customer support and they reviewed my charging/battery life logs and are replacing the Fitbit as it is still under warranty! Thanks again!!

Those are great news @ShamrockRN, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new unit. At the moment of receiving, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Keep the stepping up! Robot Happy
