Blaze not holding a charge

Hello, I received my Blaze Fitbit for Christmas and it was working fine until 2 weeks ago. For the past 2 weeks, after trying all the troubleshoots, the battery drains in less than 3 hours from a full charge. Please help. I love and enjoy my Fitbit.

Hi Fitbit, I’ve tried everything and my battery is not lasting. How can we resolve the problem. I depend on my Fitbit.

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden.  I've had a Surge so I know all the saving battery tricks and nothing is working.  It's also not logging my stairs.  And like you i got mine at Christmas time.  Smiley Frustrated

I am having he same issue. About 2 weeks ago the battery drains in a few hours. The time keeps changing. And when logging into the app it says it's fixing some troubles. My husbands is doing the exact same thing. With both of ours all of a sudden not working right, I don't believe it's the battery. It just seems not possible ours both would have a battery and have all the same issues starting on the same day. It's really disappointing and frustrating.

I have tried all the solutions and nothing has worked. I am a first time fit bit purchaser and since the issue could not be resolved, I don’t know how I can recommend the Fitbit to any other friends and family.
