Two problems
1 Battery not holding charge. 100% to 10% in one day.
2 Battery level not changing on app after synch. e.g. battery charge shows as 25% whereas website shows it as “medium”.
I have tried a reset and ensuring notifications are not on.
Help needed please

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not holding a charge. Before considering other options, please make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
In addition, if this is related to the battery, please try to complete all the steps provided in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Regarding the batter level on the app, please try logging out from the app, then restart the phone and access the app again to check if the information is displayed correctly. Make sure you've synced your tracker previously.
