Blaze not holding charge.

I got my blaze a year ago. It would always hold a charge for 3-4 days. Past few weeks it's been holding a charge less and less. Last night it was fully charged at 9pm, by 7am its dead. Like won't turn on dead. 

 

What is is going on?  I have restarted, turned off, turned off HR. Nothing. Plus HR intermittently works. And time is wrong.
