The blaze advertises a 5 day battery. When I orginially got it, it would last 2-3, which I thought was no big deal because I played with it alot. However, the last week or so my battery seems to be draining. Yesterday I let it fully charged and have made it a point to not play with it excessively since it was charged. It has been about 20 hours and I have < 1/4th battery remaining. Is there something going on in the background that is just draining my battery? I didnt pay this much to charge my watch daily and I can't find why the battery won't last.

Same here. A cheap rechargeable battery lasts one year. My Blaze is 1 year old. I do not think Blaze battery is equivalent to the quality of this 220 Euro training watch. Too bad they have saved money on just the battery.

Having the same issue. Got mine after Christmas last year. I'm lucky if it last a day after it has charged fully.

This certainly hasn't solved the problem.

If my fitbit blaze comes with all these features i should be able to use them without my watch draining. To think since i paid $200 for this watch that it wouldve been made more durable and more able to hold a charge. $200 is a big chunk of change and i expected my watch to last a lot longer. So this is very disapointing for me.

I purchased mine and the wife's fit bit blaze on the 15th October 2017 so less than 1 week old... mine is almost ready for its 3rd charge while my wife's is still on its 1st.. mines lasting roughly 36 hours between charges and my wife is on her 5th day. at a price tag of £150 I didn't expect this to be an issue.. mine was fully charged on the 15th October then I had to recharge it on Thursday 19th.. charging only took less than an hour from empty to full and today 20th october I have 1/4 of the battery left. Fit Bit you cant even say that it would be my setting and how I use it as it is set up exactly as my wife's is but mine isn't lasting.. knew I should of purchased the Apple i watch

I also tried this. I was having the same issue, my Fitbit Blaze was draining pretty much within 12-16 hours. After reading this i left mine and didn't charge it for pretty much a week and now since recharging it the battery is back to its normal 4 -5 days of use. I also removed and re-added the blaze to my app.

I charged mine up yesterday morning and it took 37 minutes to go from empty to fully charged which I found strange.. my blaze today is on 50% battery life in one day... I haven't touched it or played with it so cant understand why its dropped 50% in a day... Fitbit can you help as im thinking now ive wasted my money buying your product especially at the cost of £150.. I am appalled at this item

Mine does this on an irregular basis. The gaps here are when I've had to recharge the blaze when the battery goes flat almost every 24 hrs. Mostly it is just over 2 days. No sync notifications and no differences in usage.Every gap is a recharge when battery warning flashes.

I don't have any extras turned on. I don't get any notifications, don't use music, just track steps, etc. I have pretty much everything turned off. I have to charge it every night, so no sleep tracking or wake up alarm anymore,

I prefer to charge it up in the morning for an hour or so and keep the sleep data, but the compromise is a bit rubbish. I never ger anywhere like 4-5 days. 2.5 days is my norm with spats of every day.

I have the exact same problem with my Blaze, fully charged in the morning and by mid day its dead. I know the recommend continuously syncing so they can see the issue but it seems to be a very common problem that should be acknowledged by Fitbit. I had similar issues with my first Fitbit when it came out and I chaulked it up to growing pains with the product and decided to try the Blaze. Its very disappointing as it is a good product and I would love to continously use it but the battery has to be addressed. As of right now I tell everyone I talk to, to stay away from Fitbit products

I had the same problem with my blaze that was only 4 weeks old ... did everything the customer service team suggested and they realised there was defo a problem with the battery and sent me out s brand new one that works perfectly... so far the battery has lasted 5 days ... I’ve turned off all day sync and now only sync it when I want it too ... customer service are great and highly recommended

I got a new blaze for Christmas and have had to fully charge it 3 times in the 5 days I've had it.
This can't be right, am I missing something?

I am way past that. I have left FitBit. Just got a Gen3 Apple Watch and it is simply incredible! Stop getting nickle and dimed with inadequate technology that ends up surpassing the cost of the Apple Watch. FitBit had their chance and blew it. Now I tell everyone what I think including my friends that I got trackers as gifts.
