Blaze not holding charge

Hi, My Blaze is not holding charge. It doesn't last more than 24 hours. 

What do I do about sorting this out? I see others have been offered a replacement.

Please HELP as I love the product and use it alot.

A warm welcome to the Community @faerygodmother. If your Blaze is not holding a charge, I recommend checking this post, where you will be able to find some instructions to fix this inconvenience.
