Blaze not holding charge

Had my Blaze about 12 months. Not only will a charge not hold for less than 2 days, but also keeps flicking to the "Notifications On/Off" screen. Really annoying as doesn't always display notifications (text/call info)

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
