Blaze not holding charge

I've had my Fitbit Blaze for a year now. Up until the last few days I haven't had to many issues ( it literally doesn't count all my steps). My issue now is that I cannot get it to stay charged. I went yo bed at midnight and it shut off at 0245. It was fully charged when I went to bed, actually I had to fully recharge it 4 times yesterday. I do not have any alarms on or any notifications on. I have cleaned it, I have reset it and I have shut it down. It's 1238 in the afternoon and I've charged it fully twice today. Any other suggestions? This is quite frustrating.

Thanks.

It's great to see you around @Nthebeau, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team? Have you received a solution for this inconvenience?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I was having the same issue with my Blaze and had done all of the same troubleshooting steps.  I just spent 10 minutes on a chat session with customer service and they are sending me a new device.  If you haven't opened a ticket with fitbit support you definitely should! Good luck and happy tracking!!

Hey @Jodi71 welcome to the Community and those are great news @Nthebeau!

I am glad to hear that you both are receiving replacements, at the moment of receiving them you can follow these steps to set it up from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

See you around! Woman Wink
