Blaze not holding charge

Hi, recently I’ve noticed the my blaze can not hold charge for even a day. I wake up in the night to see the blaze has no life. So I charge it for several hours. But towards mid morning the battery has already lost some charge.

Mine is the same, my blaze is a little over a year old and all of a sudden in the last couple of days it's holding a charge for a few hours at best.

 

I've just been onto live support and it did at first look like I might get a replacement but since I didn't buy it from an authorized re-seller they won't honor the warranty Smiley Sad

 

If you have bought yours from an authorized re-seller get straight onto customer support.

Looks like they know there is a hardware fault and looking at the forum it seems to be happening to quite a lot of devices at the 6 month to a year mark.

 

I was planning on buying the ionic soon but I'll be looking at different brands after this.....
