I got my blaze Christmas 2017... and this week (28-06-2020) it has suddenly stopped holding its charge...
surely I should get it fixed or replaced FOC?

Hi @Depeche10101 the warranty has expired on your Blaze. Only in some European countries is the warranty two years and you've exceeded that. You can try restarting it, but it's probably dying. Mine lasted almost two years and then I got the Alta HR.

Hi @Depeche10101 my blaze did the same thing this week also. I would honestly upgrade, depending on what device you like, although it seems as though the Ionic and Versa 2 have been having problems with their batteries also (I like to review forums before deciding what to do).

Same exact thing happened to me this week. I swear they make them to fail within 2 years. Is it time to switch brands?

@Wendoo sadly that is what I will be doing.

Mine has stopped holding charge this week too, hopefully they have not sent a software upgrade out that has caused blazes to fail , no joy from customer services, going to look at other brands and avoid Fitbit in future as if it is a software failure they will make more money from you buying a new one off them..
