Blaze not longer connecting to Pixel 2 phone

Hello I recently switched to a pixel 2 phone. When I downloaded the Fitbit app my blaze connected immediately without incident. It ran well for two weeks, but now it won't connect. I have restarted the blaze and deleted the app and downloaded it again. Nothing has worked and my Fitbit has become useless for long term tracking. Has anyone had this happen?

Hi there @Jnthnbrnrd. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Fitbit Blaze to connect to your Fitbit app on your Pixel 2 phone.

At the moment, the Fitbit app is not compatible to work with the Pixel 2. You can see this in the list of compatible devices. This means that even if the app can work for a while, if it's not officially listed as Supported, it's not guaranteed to work all the time.

Please keep an eye on the list and hopefully we can have the app to be compatible with this device soon for you to enjoy the full Fitbit experience!

Is there any update whether or not the blaze will be compatible with the Pixel 2 in the near future? I have been following and it seems like no progress is being made. I love my blaze but this is a major inconvenience and definitely makes me consider switching to another watch especially since i haven't heard any updates.
