Blaze not measuring distance with gps

The past few days my distance and speed have been wrong. It's a regular route so I know it's 3.4 miles. The last few times it's measured it a 3.9 miles and I'm walking a pace or 11.3 min miles!!  I'm so frustrated 

 

love my blaze and and I know things can go wrong and it can be a wee bit out but I'm so frustrated.  Please help

@Jabru multply your current stride setting by 0.872 and you should be good
