Both my blaze and my girlfriend blaze are not receiving the notification of texts or calls. Why so?

If you are having problems with your texts notifications and have an Android phone, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post, now if you have an iOS, follow the steps provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.

After a recent update my notifications stopped as well. I turned them back on in account>blaze>notifications. Not sure if you already tried that. Hope this helps!
