My Fitbit Blaze isnt measuring my steps correctly. I have even swung my arm to see of that made a difference but nothing. I can walk a good 30-40 and it will measure about 10 steps.
I have tried to reset the Blaze. I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled it and still isnt working. I have had the watch since May last year and it seems to be getting less sensitive to my steps as time goes on.
Any help would be greatly appreciatley
Josh

Hey there @Jhall192. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not recording your steps correctly.
I would recommend checking your personal settings. Here, make sure that your height which is the one that matters a lot for calculating your stride length is correctly entered and also, check your stride length just to make sure it's correct. If all these are correct, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device and see how it goes.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
