Blaze not properly charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
When I placed the Blaze on the charger the battery lit up as being fully charged in a few seconds when it was not. The quick charge only last a few hours. I know that it takes about 2 hours to fully changes not a few seconds. Do I need a new battery? Is that possible?

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

They offered me a 20% discount on a new blaze. Not the new trackers.😒

A warm welcome to the Community @Tee789 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix the battery issue you were experiencing. A 20% discount sounds great, you can visit this page, where you will be able to compare the Fitbit trackers you can purchase with that discount, maybe there's one that might like you besides the Blaze.

Keep the stepping up. Smiley Happy
