Blaze not reading heart rate

So excited I got my blaze today. Had the change and also the surge. But it's not reading my heart rate. What's wrong!? Tried a couple of troubleshooting ideas but didn't work

Awesome troubleshooting

 

Feel free restarting the tracker if not already done.

 

Make sure to set the heart rate setting to on or automatic on the Blaze.

To get a reading, it may be possible to wear a bit further away from your precious hand.

 

* If there's a plastic (which can be removed easily, covering the sensors, feel free to remove it.. Cat Embarassed

 

When still unable to get a reading, fastest to exchange at the store of purchase. If purchased from Amazon, it can be exchanged / returned on Amazon, if purchased from another store (online) fastest to contact the store of purchase..

 

When purchased from a local store, quickest to exchange at the local store.

 

When purchased from the Fitbit Online Store, it's possible to contact the support team:
