A warm welcome to the Community @LibbyBurkett! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshoot that you've performed. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
I would like you to make sure that you have a compatible device. After this, please confirm that you've followed these steps to set the notifications.
If you have checked the above and you're still not getting them, you may want to double check that you have all the requirements and try the troubleshoot provided in this article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
Hope this helps!

Hi, I am getting the same problem with notifications.
When I first had my Blaze it worked fine. I have since changed my phone to an Honor 10 and it no longer receives notifications and takes ages to sync.
Is the honor 10 compatible? as it doesn't appear in your list of phones
Also whenever the battery loses charge and the watch shuts down the clock is incorrect and I have to un-pair and re-pair to get it correct.
Can you help
Thanks
Alan

Hi,
I have a charge 2 and Honor 7c and had similar characteristics of issues.
I think I may have found the issue and it's not with the fitbit devices. It is more with the Huawei devices and there power management. Could you try the following on your Huawei/Honor phone.
Go to settings > battery > launch
Find the fitbit app in the list and toggle the button to manage manually instead of automatically.
This will allow the fitbit app to run in the background and send you notification to your tracker and enable all day sync.
Since I changed the setting it has been syncing and also sending message and phone call notification.
Please let me know how you get on!!

Hi,
Glad that got you a bit further, I think the reason you are jot getting the notifications is because the fitbit app permissions are not set correcly when the app is installing and asking all the questions.
Try going to settings > apps and notifications > apps and locate and select the fitbit app then click permissions ensure they are all ticked. If they are not ticked that could be the issue. Look forward to hearing back as it sounds like your not far from it working

Hi,
A few more things to try below.
Open the fitbit app and click on your blaze 2 at the top. Which will up the settings for your blaze. On this screen you might want to try having the following 3 settings enabled.
1) All day sync
Towards the bottom
2) always connected
3) keep-alive widget
Enable them 3 reboot the phone and see if that helps, also just check notifications are enabled on your blaze as well as in the app.

Hi there everyone! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you guys are having problems receiving notifications on your tracker. I'd like to help you out!
@Caruso1959, @Schof, I think that the problem you're having is that your phones are not compatible. However, I'm gald to hear that with your suggestions @Schof, some features are now working for you both.
When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.
For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.
Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!
