Blaze not receiving notifications (Samsung 7 Edge)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When i first got my blaze i had a Samsung Note 5 and received notifications from the phone onto my watch.

I have upgraded to a Samsung 7 edge and can't seem to get notifications to work.

I did muck around and paired Blaze Classic which enabled music control but even with that off i can't get notifications to work.

my phone has pairing to both Blaze and Blaze(classic) and my watch has Classic off.

watch version is 17.8.3018

suggestions?

It's great to see you around @OttoVonT. Keep in mind that in order to have all the Blaze features, your phone needs to be compatible, Samsung 7 Edge is not a compatible phone. You can try to follow @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%. Also, take a look at our list of compatible mobile devices.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

hi there

well, music control was working and notifications weren't working with the s7 edge so compatible or not, i was able to change music tracks from the watch.

I have deleted the pairing to the Blaze Classic from my phone and the notifications are back!

I am happy with that for now
