Blaze not receiving notifications (Samsung S8)

I have had my Fitbit Blaze for a week now and have tried everything to get my notifications to show up. I spoke to Fitbit yesterday and they could not figure it out either and have escalated my case. In the meantime, did anyone find a trick to do it?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you haven't tried this, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I've got exactly the same issue, also have the S8. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps, but still no luck. Have you managed to get it working again?

Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I'm still not receiving notifications on my Blaze. Receive notifications on the Ionic no problem, so the fault doesn't lie with my phone.

Nope..mine won't give me notifciations still.

Spoken to Fitbit several times and they say they are working on a solution.  Some S8s work some don't.

Thanks for the reply. They've just said to me on Twitter that they're waiting for a Samsung update, but they don't know whether Samsung are actually working on one! Looks as though the Blaze may be useless for the foreseeable future - really disappointing 😔

Very annoying that we can' use some of the features!  Wish I had known that before I bought it.

My fitbit blaze receives texts from my Galaxy 8 but is constantly disconnecting on the Bluetooth.  Can anyone help me solve that?
