Blaze not receiving notifications from app (iPhone 6)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I do receive notifications from calls and sms, but I can't receive notifications from other app, such as Facebook Messenger or even emails.

I know the problem is not my iPhone, because I was receiving everything on my Polar M200 watch from my iPhone.

When I go on the Fitbit app, I can't select any app, nothing is available. Somebody can help?

It's great to see you around @Levenso, thanks for the attachments.

If you want to receive notifications from other apps, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the Blaze icon

2. Tap Notifications

3. Tap App Notifications

4. Enable the apps you prefer

5. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Happy New Year Alejandra,

The problem is that I don't have any app to select in the app Notification tab. When I click on App Notifications (step 4), I only see the first attached image in my initial post.

Before replying with this message, I gave another try, I removed the app on my phone, forgot the device, reboot my phone, reinstall/pair the app with my Blaze ans receive a Messenger notification on my phone. Nothing went in the app and on my Blaze.

I know for sure I should be able to receive those notifications, because back last week I was receiving notifications from Facebook Messenger and emails on my Polar M200. So, I don't think it's the settings on my phone that are causing problem.

Everything else is working fine, GPS, Call and text notifications, it's only the third-party notifications that I can't select and receive.

Thank you

Thanks for the update @Levenso and @jobethalford welcome to the Community!

We are going to try the steps provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post but before trying them please log out and log back in to your account. Then test the notifications.

Let me know how it goes. Robot Happy
