Blaze not receiving notifications

My Blaze stopped receiving call and text notifications and I'm really getting tired of starting over. If this issue can't be corrected I will have no choice but to try another product. Other than this I have no problem. Can someone help with this issue?

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Android app board to the Blaze board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this tracker.

 

Also, I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't receiving notifications and recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there. You can also check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
