Blaze not receiving/showing text messages

Hello, my blaze is no longer receiving text messages. It did for the first week, but no longer works to display text messages or show that I have received a text message. I am using an iPhone 7+. I haven’t changed any settings. We tried forgetting the Bluetooth pairing then pairing again and that didn’t resolve the issue.

It's great to welcome you @Alacombe2005 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your Blaze isn't receiving text notifications, I recommend verifying that your notifications settings are correctly configured on your iPhone for the following apps:

 

  1. The Fitbit App
  2. Phone
  3. Messages (text)
  4. Calendar 
  5. 3rd Party Apps

 

Also, you can follow the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.
