I'm sorry you're no longer receiving notifications after the update. I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds and also go to your app, disable the notifications, sync your tracker and enable them again and get your tracker to sync one more time. Then see if notifications come through.
If that doesn't work, you can also set up your tracker as a new device by going to the Account section. Tap on your tracker and scroll down until you see the "Remove" option and then back on the Account section tap on "Set up a new device" and complete the process. After you've done that, enable the notifications a gain and see if this fixes the problem.
