Blaze not receiving text messages from S9 but it does on IOS

My Blaze hasn't been receiving text messages recently, but does receive other notifications from FB Messenger, Gmail, and others.  I decided to link the Blaze with iOS and it did receive text messages.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, reset the pairing, restarted my phone.  I think I have all permissions set.

 

What could I be missing?

I was able to fix by uninstalling v3.x of the fitbit app and installing v2.95.
