Blaze not receiving text messages from iPhone XR

I have tried all of the steps that have been recommended.  I have also updated my app to the latest version.  Has anyone been able to figure out how to start receiving text messages again since the latest ios update?  I can receive phone notifications...it even vibrates when I make a call.  That is very annoying!  I called Fitbit and spoke with a representative and that was NO help at all!!  Is there anyone who can help?

Ever since I did the new I phone update on my xr I haven’t been receiving text messages either

Have you tried disabling Text Messages and setting Messages on in the App Notifications ?

Thank goodness I am not the only one! Man I hope they fix it! I get call notifications but not text!

Any updates on this??? It’s been months of not getting text notifications and the fit bit acting stupid when a phone call comes in and continues to vibrate after the call is answered. I’ve done all updated and resets and nothing is fixing this for me. Help!!!

The notifications I was able to fix on my iphone 8. In the Bluetooth section click on the i next to Blaze and make sure “share system notifications” is on. Mine still vibrates when I make or take a call but stops after I hit a button.
